صدر عن الدائرة الإعلامية في حزب “القوات اللبنانية”، البيان التالي:
ورد في مقالة الصحافية ندى أيوب في “الأخبار” بعنوان “تيار سيادي-تغييري ضد الدولة” مجموعة مغالطات لا بدّ من تسليط الضوء عليها:
المغالطة الأولى قول الصحافية أيوب “إذا كان حزب القوات اللبنانية قد حرص دوماً على التماهي مع الخطاب الإسرائيلي في عدائه للمقاومة”، وهنا نسأل: هل المطالبة بتطبيق اتفاق الطائف والقرارات الدولية واتفاق وقف إطلاق النار هو تماهي مع الخطاب الإسرائيلي؟
وهل المطالبة بقيام دولة فعلية تحتكر وحدها السلاح هو تماهي مع الخطاب الإسرائيلي؟
وهل المطالبة بالانتظام العام داخل البلاد وضبط الحدود ووقف التهريب هو تماهي مع الخطاب الإسرائيلي؟
إن اتهام كل من يخالف محور الممانعة بالتماهي مع الخطاب الإسرائيلي هي بضاعة انتهت صلاحياتها ولم تعد قابلة للتسويق، وانكشف هذا المحور على حقيقته بانه يوظِّف التخوين خدمة لأنجدته بالانقضاض على أخصامه منعا لقيام دولة فعلية وتطبيق الدستور وتحقيق الانتظام.
المغالطة الثانية، ذكرت الصحافية “ان بعض الوزراء غارقون في حزبيتهم”، وان “خطاب بعضهم يناقض البيان الوزاري”، وما كتبته يؤكد بان الفريق الممانع ليس فقط لا يلتزم بالبيان الوزاري، إنما يزوِّر هذا البيان على غرار تزويره اتفاق الطائف والقرار 1701، فيما هذا البيان شديد الوضوح بمضامينه الدولتية والسيادية، ونذكِّر الصحافية ومن خلفها ببعض عناوين هذا البيان: “حكومة ملتزمة الدفاع عن سيادة لبنان؛ ما شهده بلدنا في الأشهر الأخيرة يدعونا إلى الرهان على الدولة؛ الدولة التي نريد هي التي تتحمّل بالكامل مسؤولية أمن البلاد، والدفاع عن حدودها وثغورها، دولة تردع المعتدي، تحمي مواطنيها وتحصن الاستقلال؛ تنفيذ قرار مجلس الأمن رقم 1701 كاملاً، من دون اجتزاء ولا انتقاء، واتفاق الهدنة والترتيبات الخاصة بوقف الأعمال العدائية؛ تلتزم الحكومة، وفقاً لوثيقة الوفاق الوطني، بإتخاذ الإجراءات اللازمة كافة لتحرير جميع الأراضي اللبنانية من الاحتلال الإسرائيلي وبسط سيادة الدولة على أراضيها، بقواها الذاتيّة، ونشر الجيش اللبناني في مناطق الحدود اللبنانية المعترف بها دولياً؛ حق الدولة في احتكار حمل السلاح؛ دولة تملك قرار الحرب والسلم؛ دولة جيشها صاحب عقيدة قتالية دفاعية يحمي الشعب ويخوض أي حرب وفقاً لأحكام الدستور؛ دولة وفيّة للدستور ووثيقة الوفاق الوطني؛ لا خلاص لنا خارج حضن دولتنا؛ لا مستقبل لبلدنا إن لم تكن دولته قادرة فاعلة؛ لا سبيل لجعل الخارج يحترم دولتنا ويحسب لها حساباً إن لم نلتف جميعاً في كنفها، وإن لم ننضو في خدمتها وإن لم نباشر بإصلاحها(…)”.
المغالطة الثالثة التي أثارتها الصحافية أيوب تتعلّق بان “خطاب وزير الخارجية يوسف رجّي يتماهى مع السردية الإسرائيلية”، فيما وزير الخارجية ينفِّذ الأجندة اللبنانية، ويتكلّم باسم الدولة، وينطلق في مواقفه من النصوص المرجعية بدءا من اتفاق الطائف، مرورا بالقرارات الدولية، وصولا إلى اتفاق وقف إطلاق النار، ويرتكز في مواقفه على خطاب القسم والبيان الوزاري، وتظنّ الصحافية ومن خلفها بان الهجوم على وزير الخارجية يؤدي إلى إسكاته وانه يشكل رسالة لغيره من أجل أن يعتمد الصمت او اللغة الملتبسة، وهذا الرهان ساقط من أساسه، لأن الوزير رجي يرفض أن يدفن رأسه في الرمال وينغمس في السرديات المعتمدة التي لم تؤد إلا لما شهدناه من حروب خسائر ودمار في العقود السابقة والسنة الأخيرة ضمنا.
ان لبنان في الوقت الحاضر يتكئ على المجموعة الدولية والعربية لإخراج إسرائيل من لبنان والعودة إلى اتفاقية الهدنة، ومن فتح الباب لإسرائيل لتعيد توغلها وكذّب على اللبنانيين بقدراته الردعية عليه أن يصمت ويسلِّم سلاحه من أجل ان تتحمّل الدولة مسؤولياتها، خصوصا ان المجموعة الدولية والعربية تعتبر بان لبنان لم ينفِّذ الشق المتعلق به في اتفاق وقف إطلاق النار والمرتبط بتفكيك السلاح غير الشرعي وجمعه ونزعه في لبنان كله، وتقول هذه المجموعة بوضوح ان لا مساعدات للبنان مالية واقتصادية واستثمارية وإنسانية ما لم تبسط الدولة سيطرتها بقواها الذاتية على الأرض اللبنانية تطبيقا لاتفاق وقف إطلاق النار، وما يقوله الوزير رجي هو الحقيقة بعينها، ولكن البعض لا يريد سماع هذه الحقيقة، ولكن “القوات اللبنانية” التي حذرّت في مؤتمريها من ان عدم تطبيق اتفاق الطائف والقرارات الدولية سيقود إلى الأسوأ، وهذا ما حصل وانتهت الأمور الى ما انتهت إليه، إلا اننا سنبقى نقول الحقيقة ليبقى ضميرنا مرتاح، لأنها الطريقة الوحيدة لتخليص لبنان من مستنقع الفوضى والحروب.
وما يجدر التوقُّف عنده أخيرا أن وزير الخارجية استفاض، أمس، في اجتماع لجنة الشؤون الخارجية في مقارباته الوطنية، وقد لاقت وجهة نظره استحسانا لدى الأكثرية الساحقة من المشاركين، وبالتالي على الأقلام المحرِّضة أن تكفّ عن تحريضها وكذبها.
The media office of the “Lebanese Forces” party issued the following statement:
In journalist Nada Ayoub’s article in Al-Akhbar titled “A Sovereign-Change Movement Against the State”, several misconceptions were presented, which we must clarify:
The first misconception is Ayoub’s claim that “the Lebanese Forces party has always aligned with the Israeli discourse in its hostility toward the resistance.” We ask:
• Is calling for the implementation of the Taif Agreement, international resolutions, and the ceasefire agreement an alignment with the Israeli discourse?
• Is demanding a legitimate state that exclusively holds weapons an alignment with the Israeli discourse?
• Is advocating for public order, border control, and stopping smuggling an alignment with the Israeli discourse?
Accusing anyone who opposes the so-called “resistance axis” of aligning with Israeli rhetoric is an outdated narrative that can no longer be marketed. This axis has been exposed for what it truly is—exploiting accusations of treason to suppress its opponents and prevent the establishment of a real state, the implementation of the constitution, and the enforcement of law and order.
The second misconception in Ayoub’s article states that “some ministers are deeply entrenched in their partisanship” and that “some of their rhetoric contradicts the ministerial statement.” However, what she wrote actually proves that the “resistance axis” not only fails to abide by the ministerial statement but also distorts it—just as it has distorted the Taif Agreement and Resolution 1701. This statement is crystal clear in its state-building and sovereignty-oriented content. We remind the journalist and her backers of key points in the statement:
• “A government committed to defending Lebanon’s sovereignty.”
• “The events of recent months compel us to rely on the state.”
• “The state we seek is one that fully assumes responsibility for national security, defends its borders, deters aggressors, protects its citizens, and upholds independence.”
• “Full implementation of UN Security Council Resolution 1701, without selective enforcement.”
• “The government, in line with the National Accord Document, commits to taking all necessary measures to liberate all Lebanese territories from Israeli occupation and to extend the state’s sovereignty over its land using its own national forces.”
• “The state alone has the right to possess weapons.”
• “The state holds the sole authority to declare war and peace.”
• “The army’s defensive doctrine is to protect the people and engage in any war strictly within constitutional boundaries.”
• “There is no salvation outside the embrace of the state.”
• “Our country has no future unless its state is strong and effective.”
• “The international community will only respect Lebanon if we unite under the state’s authority and commit to its reform.”
The third misconception raised by Ayoub concerns her claim that “Foreign Minister Youssef Raji’s rhetoric aligns with the Israeli narrative.” In reality, the foreign minister is implementing Lebanon’s agenda, speaking on behalf of the state, and basing his positions on official reference texts—from the Taif Agreement to international resolutions and the ceasefire agreement.
Ayoub and those behind her seem to believe that attacking the foreign minister will silence him and send a message to others to remain quiet or adopt ambiguous language. This is a futile gamble because Minister Raji refuses to bury his head in the sand and adopt failed narratives that have only led to wars, destruction, and losses—most recently in the past year.
Currently, Lebanon relies on the international and Arab community to push Israel out and return to the armistice agreement. Those who facilitated Israel’s reentry and misled the Lebanese people about their so-called deterrence capabilities should step aside and surrender their arms so that the state can assume its responsibilities. The international and Arab community has made it clear that Lebanon has not fulfilled its obligations under the ceasefire agreement, particularly regarding the dismantling and disarmament of illegal weapons across the country. Furthermore, they have stated that no financial, economic, investment, or humanitarian aid will be provided to Lebanon unless the state asserts full sovereignty over its territory.
Minister Raji is simply stating the truth, but some refuse to hear it. The Lebanese Forces party has long warned that failing to implement the Taif Agreement and international resolutions would lead to disaster, which has now become reality. Nevertheless, we will continue to speak the truth, for it is the only way to rescue Lebanon from the chaos and wars that have plagued it.
Finally, it is worth noting that during yesterday’s meeting of the Foreign Affairs Committee, Minister Raji presented his national vision in depth, and his perspective was well received by the vast majority of attendees. It is high time for certain voices to stop their incitement and misinformation.
